With over 30 years of legal experience, Gregory Bushway is an aggressive, polished trial lawyer passionately serving Middle Georgia in the areas of criminal law, drug crimes, and violent crimes. Gregory opened the doors of his private practice in October 2013, bringing in a wealth of knowledge and experience from his career as an Assistant District Attorney for the Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit.

As a former prosecutor, his immense amount of experience in the courtroom truly sets him apart, and he leverages his ability to succeed in court for his clients’ benefits. Gregory has tried a multitude of cases ranging from death penalty to DUI and has argued before the Georgia Supreme Court and litigated before the Georgia Court of Appeals. As your advocate through the complications arising from criminal charges, Gregory Bushway is constantly fighting for your best interests.
